Injury Management

  • All players have access to the Lavington Panthers Football Club Trainers (Steve Sang) and Physiotherapist. They are available during training times, and before and after matches for injury management and strapping requirements.
  • Please ensure that if you require strapping prior to a game that you consult with the trainers and your coaches as to the most suitable time.
  • Please Note: during home games strapping takes place in the Football Administrators Office under the grandstand, and in the visitor's change rooms on away games.

Game Days

The Starting Times for matches throughout the season are as follows:
C Grade - 11:00am
B Grade - 12:15pm
A Grade - 1:30pm
  • Players are expected to arrive one hour prior to their match, to allow for strapping and warm-up. Coaches will confirm times closer to season
  • All players are expected to stay and support fellow players in other grades
  • All players will be required to undertake scoring and timekeeping duties throughout the season. A roster will be issued closer to the season.
  • Post-match presentations take place at the Lavington Sports Club every home game approximately 1 hour after the completion of the senior football match. All players are required to attend.

The Lavington Netball Club has come along way from it's humble
beginnings of 1993 when it was decided that every O&M League club
would field an A & B grade team for a Saturday competition.
(More in history section) Now the netball club has grown and
enjoyed the taste of success in recent years.

The club now fields three teams (A, B and C grade) every week.
We've won premeirships in all the grades and are a very committed netball club.
